Bexio — Workspace Design at Your Fingertips
Bexio (“the App,” “we,” or “us”) provides an AI-powered platform that helps you document your home workspace evolution. By analyzing photos of your workspace, our service identifies design styles, suggests layout and storage improvements, and tracks your workspace transformation over time.
By downloading, installing, or using Bexio, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at Bexio@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree to use Bexio only for lawful purposes. You must not:
You retain all ownership rights to the photos, notes, and other materials you upload to Bexio. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s services to you.
All App design, code, text, graphics, and AI-generated suggestions (excluding your uploaded content) are owned by Bexio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Bexio uses artificial intelligence services provided by OpenRouter to analyze workspace images and generate design recommendations.
Bexio may offer virtual coins, premium features, or subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase (IAP) system. All purchases are processed by Apple, and you agree to Apple's payment terms.
Virtual coins or credits have no monetary value outside the App and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded except where required by law.
Refund requests for IAP transactions must be directed to Apple Support in accordance with Apple's refund policies. Bexio does not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, but provisions regarding content rights, liability, and dispute resolution shall survive.
Bexio is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
AI-generated design suggestions are advisory in nature. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on such suggestions, including any physical changes to your workspace.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of your jurisdiction, as permitted by applicable law.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or by updating the effective date at the top of this document.
Continued use of Bexio after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App.
